The safety of both our products and the food we sell is of the utmost importance to us, and we take all necessary precautions to ensure that our goods comply with applicable regulations.
We also require our suppliers to put our items through additional, more stringent testing, and we take extra precautions regarding the safety of children’s and modern goods.
We REQUIRE that our suppliers employ acceptable manufacturing processes and that they put their products through quality assurance testing at independent labs.

At each and every stage of production, we have the instruments and procedures necessary to guarantee the quality and safety of the product. Before beginning production, we inspect the factory and discuss the steps with the supplier and manufacturer. We demand that vendors submit their fire products for testing at independent laboratories during all stages of manufacture.
Before being approved for distribution, a product is required to pass all of the relevant tests.
Food Standards AND Quality Control
At MIDLANDS WHOLESALER LTD, we ensure compliance with regulatory rules and standards for food safety, quality, nutrition, and labeling to protect the health of our customers and the general public.
Evaluating them at the plant where the vendor makes them, at our stores, and through the comments, we receive from our guests allows us to keep a constant watch on the quality and safety of the food goods we sell. INVESTIGATIONS OF PRODUCTS AND RECALLS OF SAID PRODUCTS
If we become aware of a problem with one of our goods, we immediately begin an investigation, and if removed from our stores or website is required, we do so without delay.
At the registers and on the website, we put a lock on the item number so that recalled products are not sold. This ensures that customers do not purchase them.
In addition, we make a follow-up phone call to ANY visitor who used a RED card to purchase an item that has been recalled.
