Invitation letter for visitation and Inspection at MIDLANDS WHOLESALER LIMITED are only available for members that meet with our list of requirements as specified below.

Please note that we only accept to issue an invitation letter for yard inspection when you have applied to us by email for a visit to our facility and you will be required to follow the formalities for which you will be informing us of the exact period of your visit and how long you will be staying with us depending on the availability date.

This process requires some documentation and fees from your side as stated below.

• Copy of your Passport/passports of those to visit
• Full Address and contact number of the person(s) visiting.
• Please specify your exact duration of stay.
• A processing fee of USD 485/Person to come will be required to cover Airport Pickup, Hotel reservation for the first night (5 star) and also Invitation letter cost.
• Once we have the above information from your side, we will prepare proforma Invoice for the above fee for you to make payment and we will required 3 to 5 business days for the invitation letter and yard Inspection form to be issued for the said client(s).

An appointment date is first of all required before starting the process. We receive a lot of visiting request on a daily basis so we beg your patience.
